RETURNS & EXCHANGES We use standard US and EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. Please note that natural leather expands by about half a size to the take the shape of your feet. However if you still want to swap your jutties for another size then please notify us by an email within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. You may then return it to us at NEEDLEDUST, First floor, Khasra No: 541/542, Aya Nagar, Opposite: Metro pillar no:182, near Arjangarh Metro station, Main Mehrauli Gurgaon Road, New Delhi- 110047 within one week in its original box packing. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to firstname.lastname@example.org and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
SHIPPING POLICY We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs.150 per order across India and it normally takes 5 working days depending on the location. Shipment time of the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment against it.
Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.
We may collect your session, contact and order information on our server and on your browser in the form of session storage or cookies. We will NOT share it with any third party, other than those necessary to make the delivery of the product to you, marketing material to you and improvement purposes. We may send marketing material in the form of emails or common digital mediums, to your contact information also. We may also study your spending patterns to improve our service offering.
